DIY Mechanical Kit

The Mechanical Kit is a more advanced set than our basic DIY Construction Kit and allows for more complex designs as well as exploration of basic mechanical principles like the use of pulleys, counterweights and leverage.

The kit consists of all the same basic parts as the DIY Construction Kit but has a larger base, a wider variety of wooden parts & hardware as well as a set of pulleys and a mechanical grab claw set. You can make all the designs from the DIY Construction Kit as well as many more complex designs. The additional parts allow you to build a fully operational digger as well as cranes, cherry pickers, hoists and more.

The wooden parts are made from sustainable Birch and the hardware is steel with a zinc coating to prevent rust. There is also a wide range of different kinds of bolts & nuts and fasteners to allow many design possibilities.
